EMDR Therapy
I am trained in EMDR which is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy. I love using this powerful tool often with clients to allow them to process trauma efficiently and effectively. EMDR can reduce or eliminate triggers that are inhibiting clients from living the fulfilling life they are wanting. Paired with experiential and solution focused approaches, I have been able to get movement and change quickly while collaborating in therapy work with my adult and teen clients as well. Trauma Informed Expressive Arts Therapy
My undergrad degree in fine art, coupled with extensive training in Trauma Informed Expressive Arts Therapy, allows me to work creatively in bringing healing to my clients. Frequently, verbal modes of therapy fall short while working with clients. Using art to broaden the options of expression has been extremely helpful in many cases. Important Details

Who, where, when:
I can do therapy with individual clients ages 18 and older. I meet with clients both online and in-person. I work with clients online in Oklahoma, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina. For in-person sessions I meet with clients at Lake Hills Church in Candler, NC.
Typically I see clients Monday- Thursday between 9 - 2:30pm.

Insurance and hourly rates:
I am in network with some insurance plans associated with Optum/United, Aetna, Cigna, and Carelon. If you want to use your insurance benefits let me know in your first communication so we can verify I am covered by your plan. If you wish to see me without insurance my cash rate is $120 per hour. I have limited income based sliding scale spots available for clients that have need.
